DAY #3 INTEGRATION: Kundalini Yoga for Daily Life
Kundalini Yoga is for people wanting to function successfully in the world. In this workshop we will look at the practical applications for changing old habits into new disciplines. We will learn guidelines which can be applied in our daily lives, like preparing for sleep at night and how to wake up in the morning. We will chant a mantra which helps one find their spiritual identity and the means to live it. We will also look at how to integrate Kundalini Yoga into a Hatha Yoga practice for one’s personal practice and for teachers wanting to add variety in their classes.

- morning & evening pranayama
- yoga sequence to energize your day
