Introduction to Kundalini Yoga: The Yoga of Awareness - 3-part Workshop Series day２
Kundalini Yoga is a yogic path designed to heal, empower, and awaken one as a spiritual being in the physical world—a being of truth, consciousness, and bliss. It is a perfect complement to a Hatha Yoga practice and has invaluable tools and teachings to help elevate awareness and the ability to function successfully in the world.
DAY #2 PURIFICATION: Kundalini Yoga for Detox and Healing
In this workshop we will examine the healing and detoxifying qualities of Kundalini Yoga. It is said that the first step in a yoga practice is clearing away the debris that obstructs the path of our spiritual growth. We will learn how Kundalini Yoga supports the efficient digestion of physical, emotional, and mental material that we have accumulated through our lives. We will practice a yoga set for healing oneself which includes a powerful mantra to awaken the healer in each of us. And we will take a look at how we can approach cleansing through traditional yogic foods.
