Hi friends, 明日のムーンデーに向けてここマイソールでは相変わらずすべてが順調。

木曜日の今日、プライマリーレッドクラスは混雑そのもので１日３回にも分けて進められた。
ムーンデーが金曜日に重なり、日曜日まで少し長めの週末休み。

そのためゴアへと足を延ばす人々や（バンガロールから飛行機でたったの1時間）、
虎や野生動物を見るためのサファリ探検へと出かける人々と予定はさまざま
…自身はここに留まって、とにかくリラックスすることにして…読書とプールにでも出かけよう。

ところで、今日はSouthern Star HotelでJosephのバースデーを祝う。
Josephは長い歳月にわたりグルジの下、インドや世界中で練習を積んできた。

プールサイドで行われる宴では、オルガニックランチが振舞われ、９０人以上が出席する予定。
そこで居残る人々も現れれば、チリから来たここの生徒であり友人でもあるMelinaのアート展覧会へと出向く人々も出てくるだろう。彼女はすばらしいアーチストだ。

特別な事は起こってはいないが、すべて順調。
皆様にとって素敵なムーンデー休日となりますように…

Hi friends, all is good here in Mysore as we go towards moon day (tomorrow)
Today Thursday we had a crowd led primary (actually 3 betch), so we get a long weekend rest till Sunday !!!
Some people have decided to go to Goa for a short trip (only one hour flight from Bangalore) other will go to a short Safari hopping to see a tiger or some other wild animals, I think I will be staying here and take it easy..Reading and probably going to the pool..
By the way today we will go to Souther Star Hotel for Joseph`s birthday. Joseph has been practicing and follow Guruji for many, many years ,in India and around the world.
We are going to be more then 90 people eating around the pool an organic lunch, the some will stay there and other will go probably to an Art exhibition by Melina from Cile (a student and friend). She is an amazing artist.
Not much else is happening..all is good :-)
Enjoy the moon day rest .

Hi、インドから再び。

ゴア（*1）からマイソールに戻り、すでに一週間がたった。

ゴアは素晴らしかった!!!　早朝の練習、砂浜、太陽、食べ物、そしてParty!!!
マイソールはそういった意味ではゴアほど素晴らしい場所とは思えないが、
グルジが存在するが故に、他の土地とははっきりとした違いがある。

シャーラは、やはりこの数日間でとんでもない状態になってきた!!　
古きも新しきもすごい数の生徒達が、文字通り世界各国からグルジの元に修行に訪れている。
皆がそれぞれにもう少し人数が少なければ…との思いを抱きつつも、
ここのエネルギーの流れは見事なものである。

時々、ふと自分の愛おしい生徒達の事を想う…都会をそれ程恋しくは想わない。
緑に囲まれて生活を送りたいと願っても、それは東京では難しい。

今日は休日。マイソール郊外へバイクで足を延ばしてみようと思う。
そして、明日には再び back to the mat!　ゴアから戻ってきたSharath氏との練習が楽しみだ。　

あまりに多くの生徒が練習するため、明日はプライマリーレッドが２クラスと
インターミディエートが１クラスも設けられた。

今回はこれで…

昨年末12月23日から今年明け1月5日までインド、ゴアで開催されていた
Sri. R. Sharath師のPractice Development ツアーに参加していた。

Hi, it is me again..

It has been quite a while, but to be honest I don't really like to spend time in front of a computer especially while in India.

I am back to Mysore from Goa since one week.
Goa was fantastic !!! Such a nice place ..practice in the morning, the beach..sun,
good food and some nice party !!!

Mysore it is not quite as nice, but Guruji is here and that make the difference.
In the last few days the Shala has become soooo busy !!

So many students-old and new-from literally all over the world.
The energy is quite nice even though everybody wish we were a little less, but all is good .

Sometimes I miss my sweet students ,not much the big City.
I love to see some green around me and in Tokyo can be quite difficult.

Today is our day off and I probably will go to a bike ride a bit outside of Mysore.
Then tomorrow back to the mat.

Sharath has just come back from Goa , so I am also looking forward to practice with him.
Tomorrow there is going to be 2 led primary
and one Intermediate class because so many students are there..

Now it is time to go .
